Shipping:

  1. Processing Time: Orders for our digital photo frames typically require 3-5 business days for processing before they are shipped.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options, as well as expedited shipping for those who need their orders to arrive sooner. Shipping costs is flat rate and estimated delivery times will be calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package.

Returns:

  1. 30-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your digital photo frame, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the digital photo frame must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Any accessories or promotional items included with the purchase must also be returned.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received your RA number, simply package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

  4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your digital photo frame arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

Refund:

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are available for eligible returns as per our Returns Policy outlined above.

  2. Refund Amount: Upon approval of a return and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the digital photo frame, excluding any shipping fees, handling fees, or additional charges incurred during the original transaction.

  3. Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For example, if the purchase was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds cannot be issued in cash, check, or via alternative payment methods.

  4. Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. However, the actual timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

  5. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition that is not fully resalable, such as if the item is damaged due to mishandling by the customer. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the damage or any missing accessories.

  6. Refunds for Promotional Items: If your purchase included any promotional items or discounts that were contingent upon the purchase of the digital photo frame, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the value of those items if they are not returned along with the digital photo frame.

  7. Refunds for Gift Purchases: If the digital photo frame was purchased as a gift and the recipient wishes to return it for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original method of payment.

  8. Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed according to our Returns Policy outlined above.
